★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablé para una urgencia en la noche y el médico que me contestó dijo que si estaba para atenderla, cuando llegó a su consultorio tocó varias veces y nunca salió, marco nuevamente al número y me dice que lo siente mucho y que me fuera con un colega suyo que estaba hasta Santa María la Ribera, que poca ética por no decir otra cosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor David es un excelente médico, pero su personal deja mucho que desear, sobre todo el gordo que se la pasa pegado a su banco y seguramente ni es médico, le resta mucho al lugar!

El trato es amable tanto para la mascota como para el dueño.
En su mayoría se ve higiénico el lugar.
No hay citas. Atienden conforme van llegando.
Tienen servicio de estética y tienda con amplio surtido.
Pagos en efectivo y con tarjeta sin comisión.
Les recomendaría fijar precios, ya que en una ocasión para estética, al llamar por teléfono me dieron un precio y al pagar me dieron otro. ?
Espero que esto no pase también con la consulta y el medicamento, y de ello dependa del dr. que te atienda.
Las urgencias no las recomiendo pues el doctor que se queda solo piensa venderte medicamento que ellos comercializan. Además de que el diagnóstico no es acertado: lo digo por experiencia.
The consultation prices are a bit accessible. Some seem expensive to me.

I would recommend setting prices, since on one occasion for aesthetics, when I called by phone they gave me a price and when I paid they gave me another. ?
I hope this does not happen also with the consultation and the medicine, and it depends on dr. to take care of you.
I do not recommend emergencies because the doctor who stays alone thinks to sell you medicine that they sell. Besides that the diagnosis is not correct: I say this from experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before it was excellent veterinary but now they charge more and in some cases the treatment ends up being worse for pets (for example vomiting with blood), special the fat man that say to be veterinary but only hurts the animals and say that they don't feel!
I had to take my dogs to another emergency veterinarian.
