★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, parece que te hacen un favor al atenderte, los costos son elevados y he acudido a otras sucursales donde los vasos son más grandes, la malteada parece licuado, el flotante ni siquiera lo llenan, el sabor de las nieves es rico pero es un robo y el servicio pésimo. No lo recomiendo

The guy handed the cone to my kid and the ball of ice cream immediately fell off and he refused to give her another scoop telling me “that’s how ice cream is.” You’re much better off going to Nevería Roxy!

I’m not from the city and my phone died, I asked if I could charge my phone there since I had my charger..he said no, we don’t want to pay more electricity. Like what?! Honestly incredible. Also, the ice cream is not that good and 40 pesos for a small ice cream? In Coyoacán the same brand same money is like medium large ice cream. So this is place is not worth the money. You can buy more ice cream with the same money in another location. Not worth it and very disappointed since it’s in condesa.
