★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor customer service. I was told I could go on the tour at 1pm after reserving online and on the phone. I arrived at 12:55, they told me to wait, then at 13:15 they told me that I can join the tour halfway through and pay the full amount. AVOID unless you want to waste your time!

But I did wish we could’ve gotten the bisabuelo tour for a much better experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour was a lot of the fun. The guides are incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Tequila and the tequila making process. At the end you go for a tasting in a really awesome bar tucked away in some caves under the agave field. Definitely worth a visit if you'd like to try out one of the smaller distilleries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome distillery tour! Miroslava & Eunice we’re the best tour guides. We took a 4 hour tour and got to see everything from the agave fields, every step of the tequila making process, to the bottling and of course, tasting. The highlight of the tour for me was tequila tasting in the cave. I would highly recommend this tour if you’re thinking of visiting Tequila!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So damn friendly the people are behind these walls. I has a great time walking around the plantation ive learned they are really called . All things were showed for the tour and it was worth it . Agave all over the place and its impressive. The young lady who gave the tour to just 3 of us was super nice as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The family, staff and tequila were just excellent! The tour was outstanding with Eunice. It was informative, unrushed and showed us the passion Guillermo (who we met and spent some time with us) and his family and staff have for their delicious tequila. Highly recommend! ??
