Me sent estafada.
I took the tour of the historic center of Guadalajara, Tonalá and Tlaquepaque. The worst tour I've ever taken. They pick you up at the hotel and then they take you to a vacant lot to wait for the bus that will take you to the end. More than an hour of waiting in full sun to go on the tour. To make matters worse, then the bus goes to pour gasoline. Then the bus stops at certain places and gives you some free time without giving the slightest explanation. He didn't even stop at the Historic Center, he just took the bus for a ride. The best option is to take the red Tapatio Tour buses and do everything on your own and without waiting and paying more. I felt cheated.

My friends and I have had the best experience, we loved the tour that our guides Carmen and José. They made us feel very safe all the time, we tried all the tequila we could, it was something special. If we had taken another tour of the vendors selling downtown, I don't think we would have seen what they showed us. I thank you and we definitely recommend this tour to all again all the tequila you can handle, thanks again for a great experience it is something that we will always remember.

When you book they indicate the departure time at 9am, so they ask you to be 10 to 15 minutes before but the bus left 9:45 am.
When you ask for information they give you an itinerary but they never inform you that the tour in the agave plant is their property and that it is located in Amatitlán, Jalisco. Although the name of the company is Tequila, most of your time is spent in Amatitlán. The atmosphere is good if you like to party and have a family atmosphere.
Be careful if you do not pay for the buffet package, since they take you directly to a restaurant (with regular food) and you will almost necessarily have to pay $ 250 pesos (there is nothing to eat around, since it is before reaching Tequila).
The stay in Tequila, which is what you paid for, is around 40 minutes, which does not help you more than take two photos and return to the truck.

I did not expect such an interesting tour, we visited a beautiful blue agava plantation, went to see a distillery as well as the method to create a tequila, the differences between the types of tequila, a nice tequila tasting. We were treated to a mariachi show which was very pleasant, we danced for a good hour to the music of the mariachis, our hostess Blanca did an incredible job of getting us in the mood and making us dance, she is really fun and funny, we then visited the beautiful little town of Tequila which was really good for about an hour.
I highly recommend the tour especially if Blanco is your hostess

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the absolute worst travel experience I have ever had. 100% tourist trap. 90 second tour through an empty tequila making room followed by a very meagre tequila tasting and exit through the gift shop. If you wanted any further food or drink you had to pay for it which was an issue as the mariachi band played from about 1.30pm to 3pm and of course everyone is starving. Great photos of the agave fields were available if you wanted to crawl through a barbed wire fence to get to them - no tours or information was given about this despite it being listed as an inclusion. Then when you arrive starving at the roadside buffet where 15 other tour busses are parked you'll find stale, cold food in bain maries and lose your appetite anyway. By the time you reach Tequila town you are told you have 45 minutes to see the entire town before the bus returns to Guad. Which it does, taking over 4 hours to complete a 40km journey. Most of us got off cursing and took Uber home. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR WHATEVER YOU DO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this tour company if you do not speak Spanish. If you are willing to pay for the complete package it may be ok. Once on the bus they mentioned that it cost more for the complete tour including the buffet. If you don't pay for the buffet you sit and wait for a long time in the middle of nowhere before they take you the rest of the way to Tequila. We only got an hour and 20 minutes in Tequila which means we did not eat from breakfast until 4pm when we could find a restaurant in Tequila. Tequila itself is a big tourist trap also, but at least you get to choose your trap. Be prepared, the prices in Tequila are double the prices found in Guadalajara's tourist areas.
The tour of the facility was nice, but Rosy was the only one who spoke English. So again, we were done long before everyone else and sat around waiting. While waiting there was no access to buy food or water, and only very over priced alcoholic drinks.
