Attentive and friendly. They solved my doubts without any problem, the trip was punctual both in departure and arrival. I went in the back of the bus and I am glad that the transfer was not chaotic.

Yo viaje en agosto sí hacía calor pero no demasiado, así que fue cómodo el viaje. Yo no tuve problemas en el traslado.
Sin embargo compré mis boletos en la página, se me cobró pero no se me entregaron. Tuve miedo de perder mi dinero, pero si atención a clientes es rapidísima y muy buena.
I saw very bad reviews, but I think it is a good service. It is not very expensive either and the trip is quite short.
I travel in August it was hot but not too hot, so the trip was comfortable. I had no problems in the transfer.
However I bought my tickets on the page, I was charged but not delivered. I was afraid of losing my money, but if customer service is very fast and very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, los camiones están bien para un viaje de 4 horas. Le falta mejor oferta en la tienda de alimentos y lugares más cómodos para esperar el autobús.
Good service, trucks are fine for a 4 hour trip. It lacks a better deal at the grocery store and more comfortable places to wait for the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible expierence. I write this review as I'm finally on my way to Tequila. The driver was picking up people along the way not on a terminal but people outside of a 7 eleven (25 minutes we were waiting) including a pan handler that came on the bus and started singing obnoxiously and demanded we gave him money. I told him no and he kept insisting repeatedly and all of this was welcomed by the company driver since he let him in and he is still on the bus as I write this. The driver is also blasting his music not allowing us to relax or take a nap. The driver makes random stops and starts making small talk with people outside of the bus, horrible service.
