Not amazing at all. I don't speak Spanish too well but managed to get an appointment. I could have sworn being told to come in early so he can take my medical history so I got there 30 minutes earlier than my appointment which is the norm for medical appointments. So, I arrive and he said I was suppose to come at the exact time. Ok, miscommunication. He finally arrives 10 minutes before the appointment. I was waiting at the wrong house so he was nice enough to let me hop in his car to go up a hill to his office. He was about to let me in but then decided to go downstairs to hang out while having me wait outside the building where I had to stand for 10 minutes. At 12:01, he finally unlocked his office to let me in. When I went inside, there were chairs. All he had to do was unlock the door to have me wait inside. Ok, fine. While he was questioning me on my medical history, he mentioned he's social distancing. Ok, fine. I informed him that I'm fully vaccinated. He replied, "you could just be saying that." Meaning I might be lying? That I got my covid vaccination? Are you kidding me? I proceeded to take out my vaccination card as proof. I really wanted to leave by this point but I was alone with a man in a secluded location, so I just went on with the appointment. He then proceeded to ask me ridiculous questions such as what type of work I do, what kind of office did I work in (he wanted me to describe the office setting), what was my major in college? As my brother is a doctor, I realize some medical professionals ask what your profession is to assess whether they had to explain things in laymen terms or not. The questions he asked was ridiculous. He actually made me cry because he was asking personal/emotional questions I was reluctant to share....with a chiropractor!! He made a few assessments that were correct but he was reaching. He was relating my college major in theater to how I wasn't able to express myself, hence why my body is misaligned. When he finally got to crack my joints, he wasn't any good. He adjusted my body to prepare to crack my hip joints, he failed. He did manage to crack my shoulder making that move. He didn't crack my neck, he didn't crack my upper back where I had the main issues... let's just say his skills were lacking. I went to massage therapist the following few days who did a heck of a lot better than this joke of a chiropractor. If you're suffering from serious pains, look elsewhere.

I have been suffering with intense lower back pain since April. While visiting family in the U.S., I went to 2 doctors & had an x-ray taken. The only recommendation was to get exercises from a physical therapist & i have been doing them daily with little improvement. Yesterday I went to see Guillermo Chavez. I was very impressed by his extensive evaluation which was entirely holistic in style. His questions were very perceptive and thought provoking. He placed me in front of a mirror which had horizontal lines & asked me what I saw. I was surprised to notice that one shoulder was higher than the other. He also explained that I was out of alignment in my pelvis. After a brief chiropractic adjustment, he asked me to walk around & I immediately realized that my stride was smoother & more comfortable. Following his analysis he gave me homework for one week & an appointment to return next week. Today I went on errands in town & walked almost three miles, noticing that my stride remained looser & my discomfort was only minimal. I quickly recommended Guillermo to everyone I spoke to. He is amazing!

Traveled from the states for help with neck and back issues that after many office visits went unresolved . Found a skilled individual with welcomed applications of gentle adjustments paired with the ability to guide the patient thru personal behavior concepts. An added benefit was the beautiful Guanajauto.......great food, people...unbelievable weather. You will return energized......10 star rating .

Guillermo is amazing! He is very thorough in every appointment. He takes the time to listen to patients and asks questions to further help evaluate and diagnose. His kind personality makes it even easier talk to him. I highly recommend Guillermo for any chiropractic needs.

After a year of experiencing painful lower back issues and undergoing numerous treatments, a couple of friends highly recommended me to see Guillermo Chavez. Without delay, My husband and I made plans to travel from the USA to Guanajuato and to remain there for as long as necessary in order to have at least 3 sessions with Guillermo. From the start, he emphasized the cause and effect between the emotional state and physical well-being. Then, with such a fascinating mastery, he unveiled my well-hidden emotions. He tapped into my soul, brought up such a profound understanding of what must really matter above all and provided advice to help me keep out of a psychological imprisonment. Physically, I gained flexibility and was able to walk up and down the hills and steps of beautiful Guanajuato without pain. It’s been a week since my session with Guillermo and the effects are still unfolding. He treated my whole condition not just a specific point of pain. Careful listening, observation and his extraordinary sensitivity cleared areas of physical pain and opened me up to new possibilities. This was an extraordinary experience beyond my expectations.

I went to visit Guillermo after a good friend of mine told me about his therapy and treatments almost three years ago. I had planned the trip last year and due to COVID I had to cancel it. I finally made the trip this year in May, and I wished I had a chance to visit with him more than once, but because of the distance between San Miguel de Allende ( where I was staying) and Guanajuato, I was not able to go back as I was staying only a week in the area. Anyway, my visit with Guillermo went really well. I can freely say that it was very different from all the therapies I had in the last few years, and I had many, including overseas a few years ago. He is truly a different chiropractor as he combines your mental with your physical state. I left there complete “ mesmerized” by his techniques, and after 3 months I’m still free of pain. I am planing to visit Guillermo again next year if possible, but I will plan wisely so I can see him more than once. Guillermo’s therapies are a combination of various techniques that provides him a better picture of one’s complete make up, and facilitates him to find the reason of some of our pains. Guillermo, you are unique, and for that you are different and very effective. Hope to see you again !

I went to my physical therapy today in the States and my technician was amazed at the increased mobility in my shoulder. Three weeks ago I couldn't reach over my head or behind my back. I just smiled and said I met an outstanding osteopath in Mexico. Miracles happen! I need another session with him but I feel better than I have in many years. I highly recommend Guillermo!
