Unfortunate service I schedule an appointment at 1p.m. Friday and I arrive 10 minutes before and I have to wait outside place, I understand it but it turns out that it is 1:15 pm and I am still outside in the sun, I ring and the only thing that leaves to go is that it is busy and that it continues waiting
