★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panes y postres nada extraordinario, de buen sabor y nada más, acceso al local fácil y sin problema de estacionamiento, el personal con mala atención, pareciera que están haciendo un favor al cliente. No les caería nada mal una capacitación en atención al cliente.
Nothing extraordinary breads and desserts, good taste and nothing else, easy access to the premises and no parking problem, the staff with poor attention, it seems that they are doing the customer a favor. You wouldn't want to miss out on customer service training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si eres de Mérida, te vas a decepcionar! El servicio es muy MUY diferente aquí en Cancun. Te cobran por enviarte tus pedidos, aun estando cerca. La verdad es que no vale tanto la pena pagar lo que te cobran de envío a menos que se trate de algún evento especial o importante, para darte un gusto con tu familia es mejor ir directo a comprar en la tienda. El que no quiere vender, es porque no le gusta el dinero!
If you are from Merida, you will be disappointed! The service is VERY different here in Cancun. They charge you for sending your orders, even when they are close. The truth is that it is not so much worth paying what they charge for shipping unless it is a special or important event, to give yourself a taste with your family it is better to go straight to buy in the store. He who does not want to sell, is because he does not like money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer llamamos al número que aparece aquí en Google y nos dijeron que el costo de la rosca mediana era $240 pesos, fuimos a la tienda y nos costó $300 pesos, en cuanto a su calidad y sabor, es pésimo! Es la peor rosca que eh probado incluyendo la de Chedraui, Costco, soriana y cafe Nader, el pan es seco, tiene muy poco relleno de Philadelphia, es como si de burlaran de sus clientes con esos precios y la pesima calidad. Últimame todo el pan es asqueroso, me a tocado hasta con moho y doy cuenta hasta que llego a casa. No comprare ahí de nuevo. Me da vergüenza hasta entregar la rosca que compré para regalar ahora que la probe y sé que sabe horrible! Lo más probable es que la tire a la basura

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. Yo he comprado muchas veces anteriormente en TERE CAZOLA pero hoy me decepcionó por completo. Compre un pastel de zanahoria y unos brownies (sucursal Huayacan Cancún)y al comer el pastel de zanahoria me di cuenta que sabía algo raro, como agrio. Y al ver es pastelito de cerca me di cuenta que tenia manchitas negras como de moho, y al voltearlo estaba lleno de moho por todos lados. Regrese a la tienda a enseñárselo a la vendedora y hacer un reclamo y lo único que me ofreció fue devolverme el dinero, sin ningún tipo de disculpa o compensación. Es una lástima que tengan tan poco entregabas a sus vendedoras para atender un reclamo de este tipo. Se mostró muy poco empatica y cerrada. Es una lástima. No volveré. Cuidado con lo que compran en este empresa. No tienen los cuidados adecuados.
Bad experience. I have bought many times before at TERE CAZOLA but today I was completely disappointed. I bought a carrot cake and some brownies (Huayacan Cancun branch) and when I ate the carrot cake I realized that it tasted strange, like sour. And when I saw the cake closely, I realized that it had black spots like mold, and when I turned it it was full of mold all over the place. I went back to the store to show it to the saleswoman and make a claim and the only thing she offered me was to refund the money, without any kind of apology or compensation. It is a pity that they have so little delivered to their saleswomen to attend a claim of this type. She was not very empathetic and closed. It's a shame. I will not come back. Be careful what you buy from this company. They are not properly cared for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio para una entrega a domicilio, los precios no corresponden a las lista que me mandaron inicialmente y me pusieron pretexto para no llevar el pedido al domicilio que solicité. Les insistía y me dejaban en visto. Al final no compre Nada. Pesimo servicio.
