★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Crea fama y échate a dormir" actualmente es una marca sobrevalorada ya no es lo mismo que antes en cuanto a calidad y servicio. Ya no lo recomiendo hay muchas marcas más de mejor calidad.
"Create fame and go to sleep" is currently an overrated brand and is not the same as before in terms of quality and service. I no longer recommend it, there are many more brands of better quality.

3era vez que me envían un producto pésimo, no fresco y se niegan a responder por la pésima atención de su sucursal.
*NO RECOMIENDO LA SUCURSAL HEROES
They have been delivering a mediocre product for months. Especially the staff who work in that branch with an attention that leaves much to be desired.
3rd time they send me a lousy product, not fresh and they refuse to answer for the bad service from their branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes, hoy sábado 8 de enero compramos con mi familia una rosca de reyes, y preguntamos si tenía algún relleno la rosca, nos respondieron que no, llegamos a nuestra casa y tenía relleno de queso Philadelphia, regresamos a quejarnos y nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada y que nos habían dicho que si nos dijeron que tenía relleno, pésimo servicio, no les recomiendo esta pastelería.

We bought a pack of little ears, besides being expensive they were super stale! They tasted like cardboard, they were moist. That nasty! Terrible that they sell products with such poor quality!
