★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mala experiencia, pedimos una rosca de reyes y llegó rota y aplastada, el conductor se fué rápido y no hubo manera de regresarla, llamamos y burlonamente nos dijeron que en 3 horas nos la cambiaban y nunca llegó, volvimos a llamar y nadie nos dió respuesta. Pésimo servicio ?, muy mala experiencia. No vuelvo a comprar.
Super bad experience, we asked for a rosca de reyes and it arrived broken and crushed, the driver left quickly and there was no way to return it, we called and mockingly told us that in 3 hours they would change it and it never arrived, we called again and nobody gave us answer. Terrible service ?, very bad experience. I will not buy again.

RUBI) cambiarnos la rosca. El cambio nunca llegó. Hablamos 3 veces más y nos decían que ya iba en camino el repartidor, lo cual era mentira. Nunca vuelvo a comprar nada de ese lugar.
Terrible service. I placed an order for a Rosca de Reyes. After 1 hour, the cracked and flattened thread arrived. We called to report the incident and they promised us (Mrs. RUBI) to change the thread. The change never came. We spoke 3 more times and they told us that the delivery man was on his way, which was a lie. I will never buy anything from that place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí a domicilio un pastel de tres leches, me dijeron que "por la distancia podría llegar chorreado el merengue", acepté el riesgo y llegó no solo chorreado, legó deforme, con un lado mas alto que el otro; estoy de acuerdo que hay riesgos en todo, sin embargo, una empresa que se dedica a esto debería ser mínimamente responsable de buscar la forma de entregar sus productos con calidad, no hay justificación, ni siquiera trasladar el riesgo a la decisión del cliente.
I ordered a tres leches cake at home, they told me that "because of the distance the meringue could arrive dripping", I accepted the risk and it arrived not only dripping, it was deformed, with one side higher than the other; I agree that there are risks in everything, however, a company that is dedicated to this should be minimally responsible for finding a way to deliver its products with quality, there is no justification, not even transferring the risk to the customer's decision.
