Al final nunca me preguntaron nada solo me ignoraron, gracias al Sr. por saber que los clientes son importantes. Más gente como el señor. Me encantan los pasteles de Tere cazola, si no los conoces, tienes que probar, mi favorito el de fudge con nutella, y la chilitrensa, cuenta con cajones de estacionamiento, la chica que atiende es muy amable, siempre un excelente servicio. Desde el principio te hacen dar vueltas para un simple encargo de pastel personalizado. Las encargadas están con su celular y no brindan información adecuada. Cuando vas a recoger el encargo te dejan mal. Irresponsables a la hora de entregar. La tienda pasa los pedidos pero en la fábrica no llega lo que se pidió en la tienda. Ofrecen entregarlo te dicen una hora y no la cumplen. Ofrecen incluso cortesía y quedan peor porque tampoco lo cumplen. Lo mínimo que podrían por su error hacer es el envió a domicilio gratuito, pero eso no es cortesía. TERRIBLE SERVICE. IF YOU WANT CUSTOMIZED CAKE, BETTER IN ANOTHER SIDE.
