TERESA DE AVILA (VALOR ARTISTICO)
El inmueble fue semidestruido en 1970, para levantar una estructura de concreto degradando la armonía arquitectura que poseía. Tiene un zaguán que desemboca a un patio, elemento de distribución, que arranca un pasillo que conduce al corral, huerto y patio de servicio. En el patio se ubican los servicios domésticos. Conserva las vigas de madera con terrado, fue remodelada pero se respetó la mayor parte del edificio donde destaca el piso de las aulas que se sustituyó con mosaico de pasta prensada y en el patio con losa de cantera.

TERESA DE AVILA (ARTISTIC VALUE)
The property was semi-destroyed in 1970, to raise a concrete structure degrading the architectural harmony it possessed. It has a hall that leads to a patio, a distribution element, which starts a corridor that leads to the corral, orchard and service patio. Domestic services are located in the patio. It preserves the wooden beams with a roof, it was remodeled but most of the building was respected, where the floor of the classrooms stands out, which was replaced with pressed paste mosaic and in the patio with quarry stone.
