i	ivmons0_0 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy bien la verdad si quieres disfrutar de chacala, ya esta casi terminado pero es un buen lugar tranquilo y cerca del mar (2 cuadras exactamente) y todo muy cerca, todo muy nuevo y en excelentes condiciones, solo hay unos pequeños detalles pero esta bien. Los cuartos están prácticos, aunque las camas están sumamente duras... Pero lo que me encantó, fue la terraza. Tienen hamacas (que nosotros tuvimos que ajustar por que estaban muy bajas, y hay una rota), asador (tú llevas tú carbón), lavadero, te prestan juegos de mesa y te la puedes pasar a gusto escuchando música o bebiendo y comiendo algo con la hermosa vista al mar. Le falta un poco de atención a los detallitos (como la hamaca rota) pero el lugar es muy agradable, si volvería. Además, tienen la opción de cuartos con cocineta, y es pet friendly. In addition, they have the option of rooms with kitchenette, and it is pet friendly.

Si pudiera ponerle calificación sería menos 5 estrellas ): hice una reservación con anticipación para Año Nuevo para 1 departamento y 2 había raciones sencillas y cuando hice el pago para apartar la fecha, marque para corroborar que estuvieran bien las habitaciones, ( ya tenían ellos mi anticipo), me dice la administradora que no me habían hecho la reservación del departamento y de 1 habitación, a lo cual yo le molesto y le digo que porque no me la habían hecho, y porque no se ponen de acuerdo para hacer bien las reservaciones, Ojo en ningún momento les hablé mal, y ella me dice que la solución que me tiene es tentarme 3 habitaciones sencillas, pero nosotros queríamos el depa para hacer nuestra cena de Año Nuevo, accedo ya que ya habíamos pagado, y a los 5 min me marca y me dice que no le autorizaron mi establecimiento por mi actitud y que no me iban a recibir, Me estuvieron diciendo que les diera mi número de cuenta para el regreso del dinero! Nuncaaaa el diseño quiso dar la cara para cancelarme, mando a una empleada porque no fue capaz de llevar su profecionalismo con el cliente, ellos se quisieron deslindar que ellos tuvieron el error para no darme la reservación y los groseros fueron ellos, Les falta más empatía y profesionalismo al tener un hotel, PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, :c Terrible customer service!
