★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los instructores te guían, te tranquilizan la mente, el lugar te llena de paz, la ubicación es muy buena, solo no hay estacionamiento pero en las calles aledañas te puedes acomodar.
Sin importar el problema que tengas serás bien recibido y apoyado.
Es un lugar de sanación.
Altamente recomendable
Instructors guide you, you soothe the mind, the place fills you with peace, the location is very good, just no parking on surrounding streets but you can accommodate.
Regardless of the problem you have, you will be well received and supported.
It is a place of healing.

El instructor nos supo orientar, muy práctica la clase.

En verdad, 100% recomendables los cursos.
Las instalaciones se encuentran limpias, aunque son frías por dentro (nada que un suéter no resuelva) y en excelente estado.
A very special space. We went to meditate for a weekend and we loved it.
The instructor knew how to guide us, the class was very practical.
I like it a lot.
In truth, the courses are 100% recommended.
The facilities are clean, although they are cold inside (nothing that a sweater will not solve) and in excellent condition.

The best place to meditate and learn to calm the mind, there are free classes on Saturdays at 11 am and a free access library, this place changed my life.
