No sé el nombre de la persona que regularmente atiende ahí, pero con toda seguridad digo que el trato que da, es espectacular, siempre muy amable y con un servicio rápido.
Super recommended, it is the only place where I buy the famous teriyaki chicken, the price is too good, accessible, and a dish is eaten by two people, even three. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el cambio de personal la comida tarde de entre 30 min a una hora siendo 15 minutos el tiempo que ellos te citan, sin duda alguna la comida sigue siendo la misma pero el personal nuevo no tiene empatia y te hace esperar 30 o 50 min. Es mejor que te digan la verdad y decir que van a tardar.
From the change of staff, the food takes between 30 minutes to an hour, being 15 minutes the time they quote you, without a doubt the food is still the same but the new staff does not have empathy and makes you wait 30 or 50 minutes. It is better that they tell you the truth and say that it will take time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An okay experience. The place isn't nothing big to talk about nor is the food. If you dislike waiting around 20 minutes or more for a simple meal, this isn't the place for you. However, they do tend to pack (maybe even overpack) your to-go bowl to the top so that's a plus. The cost is pretty pricey for the quality of food---but that can just be a simple opinion of mine.
