Los conductores están capacitados en el manejo y operación de los autobuses.
Las unidades son sanitizadas constantemente para garantizar la higiene de los vehículos, casi todas cuentan con monitores para disfrutar filmes y tiene conexión USB para recargar dispositivos como teléfonos, computadoras y tablets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimas instalaciones, pésimas unidades y el servicio es lo peor de todo, eso si los precios altos solo por ser zona turística pero no vale la pena viajar con esta empresa, solo se utiliza por necesidad.
Terrible facilities, terrible units and the service is the worst of all, that is if the prices are high just because it is a tourist area but it is not worth traveling with this company, it is only used out of necessity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deja mucho que desear, en ningún momento tiene categoría de área turística, súper lento la atención para venderte un boleto, hay más fluidez en cualquier paradero de las vans que esta "pobre" terminal !!!!!
It leaves a lot to be desired, at no time does it have the category of a tourist area, super slow service to sell you a ticket, there is more fluidity in any whereabouts of the vans than this "poor" terminal !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very neat and clean. Almost like at the airport albeit much smaller. The buses are also neat, clean, shiny and well maintained. Easy to buy tickets online using their web site or the app. Note that you can change your tickets earlier or later at the ticket counter. I had a nice and impressive experience!
