Volaris is the WORST .. their seats are the worst uncomfortable ever . They don't even offer you some water, flights are always delayed. And they don't care about safety at all. They wear gloves but touch everything ,food, money and that's how they serve you. This last flight I did with them was the worst .. people going into the restroom and coming out with out washing their because they had NO SOAP!

I lost a fly because of their crew, today more than 100 people lost their fly, and that’s in a one hour time lapse, $2700 to change a fly because they won’t let you board, if you call them that won’t give you any help, they are just there to make you lost your time so you can pay them more! The worst airline

I’m very conflicted about my experience. The line was very slow, and I couldn’t skip it with a web check-in because the system had trouble processing my information. Check in at the counter simply involved them briefly looking at my passport, so I’m unsure why I couldn’t do this online, or at a kiosk. Due to the long line I missed my flight, but Volaris gave me an upgraded seat on a flight the next day for free. At first they wanted $1,200 MXN for a later flight that day, but the seat was taken before I confirmed that I wanted to pay what sounded like way more than $60 USD. With some technological improvements this could have been a much better travel experience.

They oversold the plane so we could not board. We had to wait 3 more hours and all we got as reimbursement was $8.50 in chicken-fast-food credits. Disappointing.

Worse airline ever. They try to make me pay money under the table or 800 for my luggage since it was not done over the phone. I got an email to volunteer to change my flight, since I didn’t do it they try to find every excuse not to let me fly. The other two people that were with me has the same information and they crossed and flew with about problem but they send me to immigration, charge me extra money, money under the table. And being a US Citizen they don’t let me cross.

I flied the same airline and same airport two days in a row with my skateboard with the same airline. Also I have flied Cancun with my skateboard and there was no problem in and out as carry on. I have friends who carried their skateboards on international traveling with them and stored their board under seat or in coat check. Today I am in the same airport where I was yesterday and the security suddenly not allow me to take my skateboard and asked me to check in. Whose regulation is this?

Volarís it’s an absolute disaster seating in plain in Mexico now already like 3rd hour for theme to take off They always late to any city in Mexico and to USA The more worry about the draconian masks rules than fly you in time. Stay away.
