★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy viajo de regreso a Querétaro por Primera plus, esperemos este limpio el autobús ya que el camión que me trajo olía espantoso!! Además de caro ya no te dan ni agua. Deberían checar sus precios o en todo caso limpiar y tener una súper higiene en cáda viaje para que valga la pena lo que cobran por viaje.
 Today I travel back to Querétaro for the First plus, let's hope the bus is clean since the truck that brought me smelled horrible !! Besides being expensive, they don't even give you water. They should check their prices or in any case clean and have a super hygiene in each trip so that it is worth what they charge per trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor atención, dejando aguantar a niños de hambre. Dejaron 4 horas atrasado el vuelo y todavía no solucionan. Seguimos aquí en la misma. No hacen sino trasladar a las personas de un lado a otro la cortesía de la demora para todos fue Coca-Cola, sprite y agua la aerolínea cree que es la mejor alimentación y cena para todos los que están aquí aguantando tanto maltrato sicologico
The worst care, leaving hungry children to endure. They left the flight 4 hours late and they still haven't solved it. We are still here in the same. They do nothing but move people from one place to another the courtesy of the delay for everyone was Coca-Cola, sprite and water the airline believes that it is the best food and dinner for all those who are here enduring so much psychological abuse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incrível como um país onde o turismo esta entre os maiores do mundo, mantém seu principal aeroporto nessas condições… completamente sucateado e fora de padrão internacional.
Os banheiros são insuficientes, mesmo em tempo de pandemia, tudo super lotado, corredores, filas, lentidão… uma pena, mas Viva Mexico!
Incredible as a country where tourism is among the largest in the world, it maintains its main airport in these conditions… completely scrapped and out of the international standard.
The bathrooms are insufficient, even in times of pandemic, everything is overcrowded, corridors, queues, slowness… a pity, but Viva Mexico!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff from Aeromexico very unfriendly. If you have domestic flight everything is unorganized. Typical for Mexico. But the combination of the unfriendly staff and that nobody knows nothing is terrible.
If you have a chance avoid Mexico city airport. And not to mention the bathroom situation. Overall very bad
