They got a booth for Cancún downtown and airport trips only but they sale any other ticket making you wait so long that you end up missing the nearest departing bus, so at the end you end up waiting 30 to 40 min for the trip.

The first time I came here after a 5 people and 30 min wait line came my turn, there was only 1 person attending and for some reson tought it was ok to clouse the windows with people still in line to wich after a few minuts her manager told the güey It was not ok to leave like that. Every single time I came here I jave has some sort of bitter experiences

In addition the woman at the ado tried to give me not enough change. She also tried to give me a seat at the alley although there were many seats at the window. And I don't know why she didn't give me the ticket for the next bus, but the one after, so I needed to wait 30 minutes more.
K	Ken R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were on platform 10 min before scheduled departure. Bus left at least 10 min earlier than scheduled departure time. We prepaid tickets online, ADO refused to reissue to next trip and tried to charge again. Will charge back the fee and found alternative transportation.
M	Michael Endicott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love traveling with ADO. Best bus line in Mexico. Last day in Playa del Carmen had to check out of my hotel at 11am my bus didn't leave until 8pm. ADO had a place where I could drop off my large luggage for storage while I was out shopping and on the beach. They charge $20 Mexican Pesos per hour, very convenient. The ADO employees are very friendly and helpful. This station had nice pay bathrooms $6 pesos. There is also a small convenience store in the station for drinks and snacks. The Primier bus is awesome, bathroom and movie. Cool and Comphy. Love ADO!
C	Carlos Garrido on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best way to get to Cancun Airport from Playa del Carmen Center. I avoid the other bus station because is way to busy. This one is cleaner and less way crowded. Busses are on time (unless there is a big accident), free bathrooms once you are in the buss parking lot. Buy you tickets online to save time!
