★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Referente a los taxistas. Se ve que no conoces a los de Loma Bonita Oaxaca. No se bajan a ayudarte con el equipaje a menos que le digas y aun asi se hacen sordos.
Regarding taxi drivers. It is obvious that you do not know those from Loma Bonita Oaxaca. They don't come down to help you with the luggage unless you tell them to and they still become deaf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La limpieza de la terminal es buena, cuenta con una sala de espera con televisión, es pequeña, esto deviene en incomodidad en el horario vespertino, principalmente de Viernes a domingo.
De igual forma en los andenes hay baños, para hombres y mujeres.
La atención al clientes es adecuada.
El precio de los boletos CD.MX.- Huajuapan de León, varía (por promociones y horario) desde los $210.00 hasta los $320.00.
A la salida se encuentra una base de taxis, el precio que fijan es de $30.00 a $35.00, pese a que el promedio del viaje en taxi en toda la localidad es de $25.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, de OCC Huajuapan de Leon, roban el dinero y se aprovechan de los foráneos, te dicen una cosa y es mentira.... y según te resuelven la atención al cliente pero ya que les dices que te vas a quejar ... dicen que ahí ni llega el gerente ... que nunca llega entonces ni para quien meter la queja , te dan segun un consigo QR para que te quejes pero te piden datos que ni tienes, pésimo servicio y rateros...
Terrible service, from OCC Huajuapan de Leon, they steal money and take advantage of foreigners, they tell you one thing and it's a lie.... and depending on how the customer service solves it, but now that you tell them you're going to complain... They say that the manager doesn't even come there... that he never arrives then and for whom to file the complaint, they give you a QR code so that you can complain but they ask you for data that you don't even have, lousy service and thieves...
