★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no tienen asientos para esperar, aún que nos piden llegar media hora antes, ni baños, para la espera del autobús, indique que queria viajar en OCC en la compra de mis boletos y me vendió los boletos de SUR, la documentación de las maletas las tiene que hacer el cliente nadamas te dan los boletos, y también el que viaja tiene que acomodar su equipaje, pésimo control y servicio, son poco amables y no explican las cosas, cuando preguntas hasta te regañan.
