C	Carlos Ramirez Chavez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de los camiones es muy buena, tienen muy buenos autobuses pero la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, no hay taquilla y tienes que buscar al que vende los boletos, por otra parte los precios son muy accesibles ese es un punto a su favor. The quality of the trucks is very good, they have very good buses but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, there is no box office and you have to look for the one who sells the tickets, on the other hand the prices are very accessible that is a point to your favor.

Very good attention but lousy travel service the driver makes many stops to pick up street vendors and his departure from the terminal was almost 20 minutes late and consequently they arrive very late at their destination.

Lo peor son los únicos que vas a Tlaxcala y en especifico Apizaco ? Ponen películas con el audio en el Passenger Adress durante todo el trayecto y es exasperante. They leave late, the interior amenities of the bus do not work, they do not ask for the use of personal protective equipment on board. They play movies with the audio in the Passenger Adress all the way and it's infuriating.

En primero, sus precios varían muy seguido y lo más irregular es que no tienen un tabulario claro en cuanto sus tarifas, la ruta (CDMX- APIZACO que es el destino regular al que viajo) tiene demasiadas paradas y lo peor es que no son en lugares adecuados (seguridad, abordaje etc...)para carga de pasajeros, los camiones la mayoría están muy sucios( por lo general huelen muy feo)y los asientos bastantes deteriorados y porultimo el trato de los chóferes y cobradores de vez en cuando es ofensivo. No se tome a mal, es por un mejor servicio. Well, I think cerbium is necessary but the truth is that in terms of quality, they leave a lot to be desired.
