★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was amazed how well organized, clean and safe the buses are. Get your tickets online or use their app to book your trip to Tulum in advance. You always get an assigned seat you can choose yourself when booking online. Some destinations like Puerto Morelos are not available online but instead you just buy a ticket at the station and you end up taking a bus to Plays del Carmen and Puerto Morelos is the first stop after Cancun. Recommend Puerto Morelos over Playa del Carmen if you prefer a more laid back and not as hectic beach day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and great quality buses. Don't pay for luggage. It's free unless you have a ton of it. There are platinum buses but that is just a little pricier for extra room and a sandwich & soda. Do it like a Mexican national and take the regular bus. 300 pesos to Xel Ha roundtrip. Can't beat that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough staff for the amount of people. Very unfriendly too. I queued for one hour and missed the bus I needed to take. There is free WiFi but sometimes it doesn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They use a very bad comercial practice. If you pay online, they will charge you 12 pesos more for "asistencia total" that you haven't chose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inefficient ticketing system, it can take up to an hour to get your bus ticket. The staff there are very helpful, and it's clean with a store to get food and drinks.

Please be aware the staff understands you properly, they didn't to me and printed the wrong place! I had to buy a new ticket, that was no responsibility taken by the staff. Very unprofessional and no regard for the "gringos"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked through BusBud. It was super easy and cheap compared to other companies. The station it self was clean and had wifi. There was even a spot to charge the devices. The buses are comfortable and the ride is smooth.
