★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 2 de enero del 2022 tuvimos una pesima experiencia con el chófer del viaje de las 8 de la mañana, ruta Chalcatongo-Nezahualcoyotl, tomo una ruta peligrosa e innecesaria, exponiendo la integridad de los pasajeros, en lo que parecía una carretera abandonada, entre sus demás descuidos nos volvió a exponer al colocarse en el carril de la rampa de frenado de vehículos pesados, pesima actitud, grosero y de comentarios despectivos, se llegó demasiado tarde a la terminal muy a pesar del tráfico. Espero que la empresa tome más en serio a la hora de contratar choferes.
