Y la empresa su logística que dan cuando reportas queja deja mucho q desear en fin ... If the facilities are good, the problem is the maintenance of their transport units, they do not give fatal maintenance, I had a bad experience. And the company, its logistics that they provide when you report a complaint, leaves much to be desired...
W	William García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malisimo estado de los camiones, no se x ke se ponen servicio plus si para empezar tienen los camiones todos sucios, los vidrios todos chorreados, adentro sucio el piso, los baños desaceados, los asientos sin funcionar, se recorren solos, las pantallas no sirven, pésima, pésima calidad, y eso ke ponen de pretexto lo de codvid para no dar lonche es imperdonable, ni un bote de agua, soy espléndido en ponerle dos estrellas Terrible state of the trucks, I don't know why they put on service plus if to start with the trucks are all dirty, the windows are all leaky, the floor is dirty inside, the toilets are dirty, the seats don't work, they go around alone, the screens don't work , terrible, terrible quality, and that they use codvid as an excuse to not give lunch is unforgivable, not even a bottle of water, I am splendid in giving it two stars

Impossible de les joindre pour une indemnisation car messagerie avec un robot . Avec un voyage de 14 h pour Mexico aucune boisson ni sandwich proposés. Franchement decue par ETN Succinct office the staff is not very friendly during our last trip although the buses are very comfortable. our luggage was damaged and linen was even lost.... Unable to reach them for compensation because messaging with a robot. With a 14 hour trip to Mexico no drinks or sandwiches offered. Frankly disappointed by ETN

It's a big bonus to have an ETN luxury bus station in Barra, because you can get to anywhere in México from here. The busses are clean and very comfortable, with all seats being 1st class and lots of leg room.
N	Nomadic Urges on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The terminal is nothing to write home about, but ETN bus lines are amazing. I don't think I've ever travelled on such a nice bus. I usually don't travel by bus, but after that trip, I think it'll be my preferred method of transport within Mexico. Even with a tonne of luggage, going from Barra to Guadalajara cost my wife and I under fifty dollars US. For the both of us!
