★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno y los autobuses están cómodos y tienen WiFi. Pero adentro en la central no tiene aire ni calefacción; y en el estacionamiento no hay mucho espacio ni lugares. La fachada está muy vieja.
The service is good and the buses are comfortable and have WiFi. But inside the central one there is no air or heating; and in the parking lot there is not much space or places. The facade is very old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a recoger un pariente ,todo bien ,solo no falta la gente sin que hacer que siempre deambula en la central,debería haber más vigilancia y sacar esa gente sin provecho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia. Por ser de pasó el autobús con rumbo a Reynosa, tuve que esperar más de una hora en la terminal. El chofer ni el saludo me contestó. Tanta indiferencia que ni siquiera me pidieron mi boleto. Supongo que porque fui el único pasajero que subí ahí.
Bad experience. As the bus to Reynosa passed by, I had to wait more than an hour at the terminal. The driver did not even reply to the greeting. So much indifference that they didn't even ask for my ticket. I guess because I was the only passenger who got on there.
