The most comfortable bus that I've ever been but the food was cheap..

I traveled from guanajuato to queretaro n it was really good service.. everything was on time..

Chaotic. Avoid if you can. Clean facility. Do not take Uber there. You will get dumped and wait forever. Take a regular cab.

This a good brand of buses in Mexico. This company balances very well the price vs the confort.

First class service and seating. Extremely comfortable seating. WiFi, snacks, drinks. On-time performance.

ETN is currently the best bus company in Mexico. Not only is its service great, but so are their bus lines (2 floors, brand new, with lots of space!)

The worst possible experience with ETN in CDMX - liars and thieves. My girlfriend forgot her handbag on the bus (Guadalajara-Toluca, leaving G. 12 Nov 2020 23:59, unit 2282). We realized it minutes after the bus has left Toluca for the final stop - CDMX, Observatorio. We knew where exactly the handbag was left (completely hidden under the seat) and that nobody took our seats on the trip from Toluca to CMDX. Then our terrible experience began. 1) Complete unwillingness to help by ETN on Toluca: The ETN staff in Toluca completely denied any help saying that the handbag was probably already stolen. Ridiculous. Denied to contact the driver as well as inform the ETN staff in the next stop and final stop of the bus in Mexico City Observatorio (1hr from Toluca). 2) Attempt to actively steal the forgotten handbag by ETN staff: From Toluca we went immediately by friend's car to Mexico City Observatorio terminal and later to ETN bus depot at Satorno 39 in CDMX where our bus nr. 2282 was immediately sent from Observatorio (bus not cleaned/checked at Observatorio). At the bus depot Saturno 39 the ETN staff lied to our faces several times. First at the reception - sending us to a different depot where we verified that our bus 2282 was stationed really at Satorno 39. Back in Saturno 39 we insisted to see the bus. Again at the reception lied again that the bus was checked in detail and nothing was found. The same stated the driver and the cleaning staff. After all let us in to check personally. With a help of the only honest unknown ETN employee that day we found the handbag hidden on the bus not under our original seat(!) but hidden in the front of the bus, i.e. someone from ETN found the handbag and ACTIVELY TRIED TO STEAL IT by hiding it on a different place on the bus. Apparently they did not expect us to come personally to the depot. Lucky us. In the meantime we received a call from ETN Observatorio informing us that nothing was found on the bus - that they got that information from the depot. They did not know we went personally to check the bus depot. 3) Absurd and ridiculous response to our report from ETN hotline: After the incident we called the ETN customer service line to file a complaint and request investigation as they stated during the search that nothing can be lost as they have cameras on the bus to check on the employees:) Once again they denied to pursue our cause and we ended up with a explanation from their side that some passenger probably decided to take the handbag but later changed his mind and hid it in the front of the bus on a different place... once again ridiculous and absolute disgrace. This is our experience with the ETN company that likes to present themselves as the luxury bus line with the best customer service.

It's a service of optimum efficiency and quality in a third world country, busses are quick, dependable, Clean with ladies and gentlemen present so Clean with ladies and gentlemen, some of them are two deckers, Great View, they give you a lunch and a refreshment. Been using this service for more than 20 years and hardly any complaints.
