D	Dulcitow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te venden un boleto para un camión de lujo y luego te mandan en un camión de lujo de los 90's horrible la experiencia no te puedes dormir ni reclinar los baños sucios. Compré un boleto para la central de Monterrey y nos bajaron a 3 cuadras porque el camión no puede entrar a la central por las pésimas condiciones en la que se encuentra, nos tiraron las maletas a la calle sin importarles nada. La atención a clientes súper mal, y no dan seguimiento de las quejas. La peor experiencia que he tenido viajando. Terrible service, they sell you a ticket for a luxury truck and then they send you in a luxury truck from the 90's horrible experience you can not sleep or recline the dirty bathrooms. I bought a ticket to the Monterrey headquarters and they lowered us to 3 blocks because the truck cannot enter the central station due to the terrible conditions it is in, they threw our suitcases into the street without caring about anything. Super bad customer service, and they don't follow up on complaints. The worst experience I have ever had traveling.
