Esto es solo el viaje de ida para el viaje de regreso peor todsvia "" 1 hora de retraso "" nadie daba alguna explicacion los empleados solo platicando entre ellos a menos de que se acercara alguno de los pasjeros solo a el le decian __ viene trasado _ningina dusculpa cuando llego los pasajeros se acercaban al operarador para preguntar si ese era el que debian abordar... PESIMO SERVICIO NUNCA VUELVO A VIAJAR POR ESA LINEA..
Terrible trip, everything vibrated and also they go up to street vendors. I did not bring headphones. Broken coffee machine did not bring, no drinks or simple water. This is only the one-way trip for the return trip, worse todsvia. explanation the employees only talking to each other unless one of the passengers approached, only to him they said __ he is behind _no dusiness when he arrived the passengers approached the operator to ask if that was the one they should board ... BAD SERVICE NEVER I WILL TRAVEL ON THAT LINE AGAIN ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio .precios accesibles . muyyy limpiosy cómodos los asientos. solo una sugerencia llevaba puesto el aire frío.aunque la temperatura del ambiente este abajo . Esto hace que el viaje no sea tan agradable. Los choferes deberían ser más considerados en este aspecto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi televisión nunca sirvió y para un viaje de 10 horas para mí si era necesario. Y aunque esté la pandemia hace falta tu refresco y el sándwich por si no pudiste llevar nada para el camino con eso tienes algo en el estómago. Los asientos muy buenos y muy buen viaje. Gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy cómodos.. sin duda, pero me centi discriminada ya que soy extrangera residente en México ,cuando quise comprar mi boleto de laredo a saltillo la chica k m atendió no quería venderme el boleto dijo que no permitían viajar con esa identificación,la cual me moleste mucho porque de saltillo a laredo viaje en la misma línea y no tube problema, deberian informar bien a sus empleados y permitir esa indetificasion ya que es otorgada por migración y nos hace estar legal en el país.no indocumentados.
