★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podrian ser competencia para ADO si mejoran su servicio a cliente. No tienen ningun tipo de soporte ni atención al usuario. Informen en los "boletos" los puntos de salida y llegada porque los choferes solo dicen "hasta aqui llegamos". Los teléfonos no los responden y al final no tienen información quienes responden. "Usted debería saber dónde pasa el autobús" no es una respuesta favorable cuando no hay terminal. Terrible experiencia.
They could be competition for ADO if they improve their customer service. They do not have any kind of support or attention to the user. Inform in the "tickets" the departure and arrival points because the drivers only say "until here we come". The telephones do not answer them and in the end they do not have information who answers. "You should know where the bus passes" is not a favorable answer when there is no terminal. Terrible experience.
