★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son incumplidos las quejas y sugerencias ni siquiera las toman en cuenta anque seas un cliente de años el socio el Sr Alonso te dice que ya no reservaciones que si tu llegas a la terminal de TRAIL TRAVEL y si encuentras boletos bien y si no no además ay veses que te manda la unidad descompuesta an que atente con la vida de los señores pasajeros eso lo hace para no dejar pasar los pasajes an que te tengan 2 horas esperando el la autopista para que consiga otra unidad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La terminal es chiquita , pero a mi parecer el autobus esta muy económico y es de primera, no es la primera vez que viajo en estos autobuses, desde que lo utilice por primera vez mi experiencia fue buena y ahora lo utilizo siempre que salgo de viaje, al parecer solo los destinos son hacia el sur , pero deberían de checar si tienen más rutas. Yo le doy 5 estrellas .
The terminal is small, but in my opinion the bus is very cheap and it is first class, it is not the first time that I travel on these buses, since I used it for the first time my experience was good and now I use it whenever I go on a trip , apparently only the destinations are to the south, but they should check if they have more routes. I give it 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genial. Cómodas unidades y la términal muy limpia. Sólo habría que revisar los sanitarios ya que cuentan con espacios reducidos y se aglomera mucha gente a esperar el turno para ingresas, además de que muchos desconocen el funcionamiento del torniquete y pierden su moneda ingresada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio. Autobús viejísimo. Falta de cortesía de los operadores y en la terminal. Se salió de la ruta para ir a recoger personas a lugares poco seguros y sin importar la seguridad de la gente a bordo. No dan ninguna razón para tanta negligencia.
Por ahorrar unos pesos no vale la pena. NO SE ARRIESGUEN......
Terrible service. Old bus. Lack of courtesy of the operators and in the terminal. He went off the route to pick up people in unsafe places and without caring about the safety of the people on board. They give no reason for such negligence.
To save a few pesos is not worth it. DON'T TAKE A RISK......
