★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace falta mejorar las instalaciones y las unidades; las instalaciones descuidadas, y las unidades incómodas los asientos. Incluso aceptan ir parados pero no tienen pasa manos la mayoría. No son tan cómodas para un viaje de una hora. Ruta Villahermosa - Paraíso y viceversa.
Facilities and units need to be improved; sloppy facilities, and uncomfortable seating units. They even accept to go standing but most do not have a handrail. They are not that comfortable for an hour trip. Route Villahermosa - Paraíso and vice versa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precio asequible pero la unidad no llevaba aire acondicionado. Por ese mismo precio te llevan los vehículos que estan en la terminal del ave fénix. Algunos vehículos si que llevan aire acondicionado. Pero no es seguro.
Affordable price but the unit did not have air conditioning. For the same price, the vehicles that are in the terminal of the phoenix will take you. Some vehicles do have air conditioning. But it is not safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremadamente pequeña la terminal y usan la mala practica de subir pasaje de mas el cual se tiene que ir parado todo el trayecto de Villahermosa a paraiso
The terminal is extremely small and they use the bad practice of uploading an extra ticket which has to be stopped all the way from Villahermosa to paradise
