Reporte del autobús num. 13 el día de ayer se subió una señora y su hijo con dos bolsas de papel de baño por la parte trasera del bus, la señora al ir a pagar le comenta que se subió su hijo y ella para lo cual debía pagar solo dos pasaje pero el chófer le cobro 4 pasajes lo cual es injusto ya que a los vendedores los dejan subir con su mercancia sin pago alguno y también dejan subir a gente sin cubrebocas. Manejan como dementes y no cumplen sus reglas pero cuando es para cobrar de más si lo hacen. Necesitan contratar a gente más capacitada que no vaya con su celular por eso la linea de autobuses metropolitano los supera en servicio.
Bad service!! Bus report num. 13 yesterday a woman and her son got on with two toilet paper bags from the back of the bus, when she went to pay she told her that her son and she got on, for which she had to pay only two tickets but The driver charged him 4 tickets, which is unfair since the vendors are allowed to bring their merchandise up without any payment and they also let people on without face masks. They drive like insane and do not follow their rules but when it is to overcharge if they do. They need to hire more qualified people who do not go with their cell phones, so the metropolitan bus line surpasses them in service.
