This terminal is from Senda Ciudad Mante, the service seems regular. Sometimes you change the units without warning and they delay (because the trips are bypass).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo. Los precios los incrementan cada semana. Y para colmo el número de teléfono nunca funciona. O no tienen un empleado para responder. Para que poner un número 800 que no estará en servicio?
The service is lousy. The prices increase every week. And to top it all the phone number never works. Or they don't have an employee to answer. Why put an 800 number that will not be in service?
