★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa prepotente con sus clientes. Te cobra el baño y no esta ni limpio ni tiene papel. No cancelan y son tan cinicos que pegan el cartel de profeco enfrente del anuncio de no hay cancelaciones.
El servicio platino te lo cobran pero no te lo dan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los clientes haciendo cola mientras el boletero en turno platica placidamante con quien al parecer recibiria la estafeta de seguir con la venta de boletos. Una sola caja para vender boletos y se les. Ocurre realizar cambio de turno frente a varios clientes y muy descaradamente dicen que esperen 30 minutos en lo que se reinicia el sistema.
Se pueden comprar los boletos o preguntar horarios desde la terminal del centro a la cual me traslade.
Terrible service, customers waiting in line while the boletero in turn talks placidly with who apparently would receive the courier to continue with the sale of tickets. A single box to sell tickets and get them. It happens to make change of shift in front of several clients and very shamelessly they say that they wait 30 minutes in what the system is restarted.
