★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es pequeña y tienen muchas salidas muy seguidas a todos los poblados cercanos. Tienes que estar listo a la hora en que sale tu camión ya que siempre hay mucha gente y si no te pones listo te quedas sin asiento. Afuera de la central podrás encontrar variedad de dulces, elotes y comida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La terminal es muy pequeña y solo llegan camiones de Flecha Amarilla, pero cuentan con guardaequipaje y puede uno comprar algún aperitivo dentro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicios ahorita con el COVID, autobuces c/hr a cd que viaja mucha gente siempre, no hay beneficio para el pasajero más bien es peor porque con tanta gente el el autobús corre riesgo de contagio, no sanitizan los autobuces , no hay primera plus, los autobuces tardan eternidad en llegar a su destino. Hoy tuve que gastar $300 pesos más porque no alcancé una conexión en gto y tuve que tomar Uber, y eso que calculé bien mis tiempos pero con estos pésimos servicios no se puede.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una terminal solo para lineas de grupo flecha amarilla, años atrás tenían más destinos, ahora son pocos y solo hay servicios en flecha amarilla, coordinados y unebus ya que primera plus dejo de entrar desde que inició la pandemia. No estaría mal que la remodelaran.

Cobran para entrar al baño lo que considero un error ya que estamos pagando por un servicio y a veces te tocan camiones que no traen baño entonces a fuerzas tienes que pagar si quieres ir al baño
Igual el servicio debería mejorar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no esta muy grande esta más o menos decente...el servicio esta bien, para lo que es y está relativamente cerca de la calle donde encuentras todas las tiendas de cerámica....y esta por la calle donde hacen tianguis el sábado...los baños están más o menos y puedes encontrar una tienda para comprar chuches....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los camiones siempre van tarde, cada vez que vengo a dolores tengo que llegar con 3 o 4 horas anticipadas porque el camión que dice que va a salir a tal hora, jamás llega y llega el último. He estado desde las 7 y el último camión siempre sale a las 10. Deben de arreglar sus horarios y no decir otra cosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención pésima en la empresa estrella Blanca que tiene entre sus líneas Primera Plus, autotransportes Chihuahuenses, Futura. No hacen cambios de fechas ni horarios, se culpan entre las compras en línea y el servicio en ventanilla, aunque uno se queje la empresa no hace nada, y el trato es de lo más déspota por muchos de sus empleadas, en el servicio en línea te dejan esperando por más de media hora si contestan y cuando lo hacen es para comentar que no se puede hacer cambios y te dejan colgado el teléfono... Pésimo servicio sobre todo en Aguascalientes
