Si no tienen la capacidad del servicio para que venden boletos.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo estoy de paso y en lo que puedo observar cuenta con una excelente instalaciones, buenos servicios cafetería y sala de espera con internet. Baños gratis y de paga y el personal es amable y brindan un servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía salida a Xalapa a las 22:35 autobús de paso,dieron 23:30,del autobús nada no dan informes,solo que hay tráfico,cambié el boleto para 23:55, salimos y el de 22:35 nada,que pasó solo ustedes saben. Hay que dar información ser responsable con los usuarios que son quien dan vida al ADO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porqueria de autobus ay esta numero de vehiculo pesimo servicio de esas unidades y aparte un conductor amargado nos tuvieron horas esperando en las choapas luego alcanzo llegar coatzacoalcos y el conductor bien tranquilo que esperaramos a que los mecánicos arreglaran la falla pues e hicimos presion exigiendo cambio de unidad. Nos llego las 6 am y hasta esa hora nos cambiaron de autobus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención ,quedaron de.enviarme.mi factura ,ya que el día que viaje no tenían electricidad en las choapas y tomaron mis datos y no me envían mi factura ,marco a los telefonos ni en las choapas.ni en coatza contestan
