★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una terminal regular, tiene lo esencial baño una pequeña cafetería, una pequeña estancia, dos ventanillas para comprar boletos pero solo atienden en una, si los trayectos son de Teziutlán - Xalapa tienes que tener la tarjeta para poder pasar y tomar transporte ordinario si es directo no es necesario que la tengas, la atención es regular no es mala ni buena y las instalaciones están en un estado regular poca limpieza pero bien
