Compras el boleto y dice cierta hora pero no llega y no sale a la misma... Me ha pasado varias veces en las mañanas cuando viajo a san felipe del progreso deberian checar eso por que es mucha la gente que viaja por las mañanas en esa ruta

You buy the ticket and it says a certain time but it does not arrive and does not leave at the same time... It has happened to me several times in the mornings when I travel to San Felipe del Progreso, they should check that because there are many people who travel in the mornings in that route

Cuando compras tu boleto en línea no quieren aceptarlo.
Las unidades no las sanitizan, no hay controles de sanitizacion por la pandemia, así como se bajan las personas, así abordan otras sin ninguna restricción.
Terrible service from those who attend the ticket offices are despotic and rude.
When you buy your ticket online they don't want to accept it.
The units do not sanitize them, there are no sanitization controls due to the pandemic, just as people get off, that is how others board without any restriction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como es la única terminal de Ixtlahuaca, es importante que revises tus destinos y llegues con anticipación si deseas salir a la Ciudad de México.
El servicio es bueno en cuanto a variedad de establecimientos como baños públicos, recargas telefónicas, comida y taxis...pero vas en lunes date una vuelta por el tianguis y almuerza tacos de barbacoa y consomé.
As it is the only terminal in Ixtlahuaca, it is important that you check your destinations and arrive in advance if you want to go to Mexico City.
The service is good in terms of a variety of establishments such as public restrooms, phone recharges, food and taxis... but you go on Monday to take a walk around the flea market and have barbecue tacos and consommé for lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is alright, pretty busy after noon. Not alot of variety of places to go. Buses typically do not arrive at the time scheduled. Inside the terminal is maintained clean along with the restrooms. There is a few spots to buy snack and drinks and a mini market.
