★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es muy buena la atención al cliente al igual que el servicio autobuses de primera pero sucios no respetan el número de aciento al abordar y no ofrecen agua como lo estipula en la compra del boleto debería mejorar la atención.

Si lees esto te invito a que tengas el valor de decírmelo, te pago lo que sea necesario, no tienes por que ofender, y mucho menos irte así.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está terminal se encuentra dividida en dos terminales una muy moderna y la otra aún con muchas deficiencia poca señalización entre el túnel de que conecta las dos terminales, el servicio Chilpancingo- Acapulco está muy descuidado a diferencia de la terminal estrella de oro (según los comentarios de otros usuarios) el baño tanto en el área de taquillas como en la sala de espera tiene un costo de 6 pesos, no cuenta con cajero.
En esta ocasión me tocó la mala fortuna de tener mi boleto a las 14:00 y a salir hasta las 14:25
