★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es pésima, son groseros, pareciera que vas a pedirles regalado, una franquicia debe dar el mismo servicio en todos lados, no respetan las Vacaciones y uso de descuentos en tiempo!... La verdad da lastima, si hubiera otra terminal procuraria comparar servicios!....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi humilde opinión es pésimo el servicio los autobuses no se estacion en el anden donde debe de ser por estar ocupado por otro autobús y no lo anuncian. Tienes que ponerte abusado por que si no pierdes tu autobús. Me a pasado varias veces vas a taquilla para que te cambien tu boleto y dicen que es culpa tuya y de nuevo tienes que comprar otro boleto. Abusados!
In my humble opinion, the service is terrible. The buses do not park on the platform where it should be because it is occupied by another bus and they do not advertise it. You have to get abused because if you don't miss your bus. It has happened to me several times you go to the box office to change your ticket and they say that it is your fault and again you have to buy another ticket. Abused!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminal de autobuses con sala de espera, servicio de baños los cuales mantienen limpios y en buen estado, los horarios de salida son casi conforme a los anunciados, la única nota mala que podría mencionar es que derivado de la poca afluencia de gente el tiempo del recorrido es mayor.
Bus terminal with waiting room, bathroom service which is kept clean and in good condition, departure times are almost as announced, the only bad note that I could mention is that due to the low influx of people the time of travel is longer.
