★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper incomodo el lugar, sin aire, baños sucios y todavía cobran y sin un mísero puesto para comprar un agua o algo.
The place is super uncomfortable, without air, dirty bathrooms and they still charge and without a miserable place to buy a water or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de ADO siempre es bueno, el problema son aveces las sucursales, hay muy poco personal, no te ayudan mucho cuando pides indicaciones, yo solo conté 3 personas en toda la terminal, el taquillero, el del baño y el de la tienda vacía y eso que fui en periodos vacacionales, nadie en la puerta, nadie en la enfermería, nadie donde se guarda el equipaje (que por cierto es un tip si no quieres cargar tu equipaje lo puedes guardar ahí por 10 pesos todo el día)
The ADO service is always good, the problem is sometimes the branches, there are very few staff, they don't help you much when you ask for directions, I only counted 3 people in the entire terminal, the ticket clerk, the one in the bathroom and the one in the empty store and that I went during vacation periods, nobody at the door, nobody in the infirmary, nobody where the luggage is stored (which by the way is a tip if you do not want to carry your luggage you can store it there for 10 pesos all day)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy, cleanish, efficient, and on time. It’s a low bar, but this bus line easily beats Greyhound in the states. I’m not sure if this is always the case, but we were only allowed to by tickets 15 minutes prior to departure. Also, fyi, there is a Santander ATM in the lobby.
