Y según, OCC (Omnibuses Cristobal Colon) es una compañía ADO, la cual se distingue por un buen servicio al cliente en la amabilidad. Terrible service, no one was friendly. Se ha procedido ha levantar la denuncia ante la COFECE por prácticas monopólicas absolutas mediante un escrito de acuerdo a los requisitos del artículo 68 de la LFCE y una denuncia ante la PROFECO ya que el proveedor afecta los intereses del consumidor mediante actos y omisiones en su proceso de cobro.
