La unidad que me asignaron para viajar la ruta Mexico Norte-Tampico no servia el respaldo constantemente se aflojaba y se hacia atras. El clima atrás estaba bajito y se sentía calor y enfrente empezo a tirar agua por el ducto del clima, una de sus 3 pantallas no funciona. Fue un autobús Futura salida 11:30 hrs del dia 30 Abr 2021. Espero mejoren su servicio. I really expected more from the service. The unit that they assigned me to travel the Mexico Norte-Tampico route did not work, the backup was constantly loosening and going backwards. The weather in the back was low and it felt hot and in front it began to pour water through the climate duct, one of its 3 screens does not work. It was a Futura bus leaving 11:30 am on April 30, 2021. I hope you improve your service.
A	ALEJANDRO AGUILAR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio ,el autobús hizo casi dos horas más de lo programado pues recogía pasaje en otros lugares (rancherias)poniendo en riesgo la salud de los pasajeros pues no se toma ninguna prevención, también recogió carga en varios lugares y las entrego antes de llegar al destino cobrando ese servicio de manera personal ,el autobús es el 3144 de la corrida Pachuca-Tampico el día 14 de Mayo programada la salida para las 11:45 de la noche . Deben de tomar medidas drásticas pues eso deja muy mala imagen para su línea cuando uno paga un servicio de primera y recibe un servicio de tercera. Very bad service, the bus did almost two hours more than scheduled because it collected passage in other places (rancherias) putting the health of the passengers at risk because no prevention is taken, it also picked up cargo in several places and delivered them before arriving to the destination charging this service personally, the bus is the 3144 of the Pachuca-Tampico bullfight on May 14, scheduled to depart for 11:45 at night. K	Kenia rc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una central pequeña no hay forma de que te pierdas. La llegada es el mismo lugar para todos y la sala de las salidas es exclusiva así que tus acompañantes no pasan. Tiene diferentes servicios de autobuses: Futura/turistar/senda/transpais/ADO/ómnibus Te recomiendo traer papel para el baño porque en los sanitarios no hay (aún cuando se pague el acceso).
