★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de transporte en cuanto al autobús es excelente, al igual que la atención de los chóferes.
Pésimo servicio en cuanto.
1.- Atención por parte del personal de taquillas.
2.- Los maleteros no te piden propina, te la exigen por hacer su trabajo de documentar las maletas.
3.- Las señoras que están en los filtros de seguridad son groseras, déspotas gritan como si estuvieran en el mercado, no sólo gritan para anunciar el autobús PACHUUUCAAA, QUERETAAAROOOOO, PUEBLAAAA, CUERNA CUERNA QUIEN MAS SE VA ......
Son groseras en general con todos los usuarios.
En fin creo que los directivos de estrella roja tienen una gran área de oportunidad.
 The transport service in terms of the bus is excellent, as is the attention of the drivers.
Terrible service wise.
1.- Attention from the ticket office staff.
2.- The porters do not ask you for a tip, they demand it for doing their job of documenting the bags.
3.- The ladies who are in the security filters are rude, despots shout as if they were in the market, they not only shout to announce the bus PACHUUUCAAA, QUERETAAAROOOOO, PUEBLAAAA, CUERNA CUERNA QUIEN MAS SE VA ......
They are generally rude to all users.
Anyway, I think that red star managers have a great area of opportunity.
