★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumple lo que promete, sala amplía con TV. Wifi no estaba disponible (cuando fuimos al menos) y los trabajadores era un poco secos, no les culpo, supongo que hartos de los turistas y sus preguntas.
It fulfills what it promises, room expands with TV. Wifi was not available (when we went at least) and the workers were a bit dry, I don't blame them, I guess fed up with tourists and their questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 no por servicio ni ubicación, 5 porque de aquí te puedes ir a cualquier lugar turístico (opción de mochileros nacionales y extranjeros), si no llevas auto, quieres ahorrar en los tours que ofrecen por el centro de Mérida y mejor eso gastarlo y apoyar a los locales de cada zona esta es la terminal, hay opciones como al anillo de los cenotes (Homún), Las Coloradas (Tizimín) y hasta Cancún. Recomendable ver con un día de anticipación los horarios al destino que elijas ya que con lo de la pandemia recortaron algunos.
