En la terminal hay baños sin costo, pero no cuentan con papel higiénico.
Compré un boleto con salida a las 7 PM, hubo retraso y terminamos saliendo 8:15 PM. El servicio es bueno, solo falta más de organización.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena alternativa para viajar barato de Puebla a Tampico. Sin embargo me toco tanto de ida como de regreso, que todo el autobus olía muy mal por el baño, siendo el de regreso insoportable.
Deberían de prestar atención a esto la gente de Medher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio nefasto..vendieron boletos alas 7 p.m. de la tarde son las 12 :19 de la noche y aún no llegan los autobuses somos 34 personas esperando salir..y dan 0 solución al problema ..es INCUMPLIMIENTO DE ESTA EMPRESA ...NO SE LA RECOMIENDO A NADIE...POR SU PUESTO QUE LOS VOY A SER VIRAL EN MIS REDES SOCIALES.DISCULPE PUBLICO EN GENERAL LO QUE DIGO PERO EN VERDAD LO BARATO SALE MUY CARO..NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA..
Terrible service...they sold tickets at 7 p.m. in the afternoon it is 12:19 at night and the buses have not yet arrived we are 34 people waiting to leave...and they give 0 solution to the problem...it is BREACH OF THIS COMPANY...I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE...BECAUSE ITS SINCE I AM GOING TO BE VIRAL ON MY SOCIAL NETWORKS. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó la nueva terminal, muy cómoda, cuenta con estacionamiento, personal de seguridad, baños limpios y en general se siente agradable, ojalá que le den mantenimiento constantemente para que no decaiga.
I loved the new terminal, very comfortable, it has parking, security personnel, clean bathrooms and in general it feels nice, I hope they maintain it constantly so it doesn't deteriorate.
