★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nadie sabe aclarar dudas y se contradicen. Ojala pronto haya nueva terminal para que si brinden un buen servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no facturan en línea y además tardan días en hacerlo, hay que estarlos molestando por teléfono. No tienen venta en línea, tienes que estar en la taquilla a fuerza, parece servicio de los años 50. Están a años luz de ser como a ADO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regularmente uno viaja y cuando llega uno al destino es cuando solicita la factura correspondiente, no en el origen.
Esta línea de autobús no tiene aviso de esto y cuando accedes a su pagina web a pesar de tener un apartado para facturación, se limita a indicar que si requieres factura debes dejar el ticket original en la terminal de origen para que despues de 48 horas te la hagan llegar!
No sólo te dejan sin el comprobante de pago, te dejan sin la prueba del gasto y su solicitud sin ninguna responsabilidad!
