Busses are nice and neat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent bus service, I thought that for the price I was paying I would get to ride a bus in deplorable condition but totally the opposite, not so much space to stretch your legs but it was a good bus. I took one to go to Atlixco from puebla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the worst customer service I have experienced, the drivers and the business are well... but the women they have in the front selling the tickets don’t know any manners or any kind of customer service. If you want to be on your phone and be in a bad mood when I’m trying to get my ticket then don’t even bother showing up. Stay home. Don’t work. These women need to be trained on how to treat the customer...no one likes to wait until someone is done with their phone to just get a ticket...These women lack of professionalism.
