Les falta establecer y poner públicas algunas de sus pseudo "reglas" porque ningún cliente lee la mente.
No recomiendo viajar con pullman al menos que sea su única y última opción.
Por último su servicio a la cdmx tardadisimo y siempre huele horrible su sanitario.
Rude, arrogant of each one of its employees.
They need to establish and make public some of their pseudo "rules" because no customer reads minds.
I do not recommend traveling with Pullman unless it is your only and last option.
Finally, their service to the cdmx is very late and their toilet always smells horrible.
